If you are not planning to stay in a house long-term or you are looking for lower interest rates and payments, this is the type of loan you may want to consider. A rate cap limits the amount your rate can increase, and if interest rates drop, when your loan adjusts, you’ll automatically get the lower rate. For current rates, please call 410-665-2735.

If you are building or renovating a home, you can transition smoothly from construction to permanent financing with only one application and one closing. You’ll be locked-in to a permanent rate when you submit your application, with the ability to obtain market rate at conversion. And you’ll only be charged interest during the construction term. For current rates, please call 410-665-2735.

A FHA (Federal Housing Administration) loan allows borrowers to contribute as little as 3.5% which makes owning your own home more obtainable.  For more details and current rates, please call 410-665-2735.

If you want a mortgage with the security of an interest rate that will stay the same throughout the entire term of the loan, this is the option for you. There is no minimum loan amount and you can choose from a variety of loan terms. As always, our mortgage specialists will work with you to find the loan that is perfect for your purchasing or refinancing needs.

There are a variety of loan terms available if you’re thinking about investing in 1-4 family dwellings. You can get up to 70% for purchases or refinances of single-family dwellings. We think of it as investing in your future. For current rates, please call 410-665-2735.

If you have found a buildable lot but you just are not ready to start construction of your dream home, then a lot loan may be the best product for you.  Lot loans are available for up to 3 years with a 20 year amortization, providing you sufficient time to build in the next few months or even the next few years.  Please contact our lot loan specialists at 410-665-2735 for more information.
