Wawa recently announced a data breach that included debit and credit card information, including card numbers, expiration dates, and cardholder names, on payment cards, used at their stores between March 4, 2019 and December 12, 2019.  Chesapeake Bank customers, who have visited WAWA during that time, are encouraged to monitor their debit and credit card activity, and visit Wawa’s website and click on the DATA SECURITY PAGE for updates, FAQs, and credit monitoring resources.
